Brokerslink launches ekko digital platform
Brokerslink, the worldwide broking and risk-management network active in 142 countries, introduced ekko at its Global Conference in Istanbul. The new digital ecosystem combines a Salesforce-based CRM, a member-focused platform and a refreshed corporate website, replacing the former Agora system.
Ekko centralises structured data on member capabilities, relationships, activities and business opportunities, giving the management team clearer visibility across markets. The platform aims to shift from fragmented information to actionable business intelligence, supporting strategic planning, resource allocation and the identification of growth prospects.
For Brokerslink’s partners and affiliates, ekko offers a Marketplace to locate specialist solutions, Deal Rooms for collaborative client projects, and Community, Activity and Events tools to share knowledge and engage across the network. A dedicated mobile app extends these functions to on-the-go users.
The redesigned website complements the member platform by showcasing the network’s geographic reach, specialist expertise and services to multinational clients, risk managers, insurers and other stakeholders. Ekko is the first phase of a broader technology programme, with additional developments slated for 2027.
Why it matters
The platform gives insurers and brokers a data-rich, collaborative tool to source expertise and scale cross-border business.
